Drawn during my first watch of Steven Universe. Later on I brought my now-husband to my house for the first time to watch the movie. Of course I have a SU tattoo now too (you would never guess what song inspired it /s)

He is very playful!

and lack of discussing gerrymandering leaves something to be desired. It does focus more on positive experiences so it may be to keep it "light."

I thoroughly enjoyed it and appreciated the lack of infantalizing of trans people that tend to make me steer away from some books/authors.

It was refreshing and relatable as an openly queer man who loves living in the rural south. It talks about the work queer folk have done and the experiences they've had. It touches on the apathy of socially liberal individuals who don't vote and lightly touches on race. The lack of depth on race

I finished this book that I borrowed from Queer Liberation Library and immediately bought a physical copy to add to my collection of queer books.

This would be an insightful, and easy to read, book for anyone who is ready to write off red states as a homophobic lost cause.
