… why is it wrong of me to say hey please make sure you’re doing this referral this way. It blows my mind that the hospital system has no problem calling out the front desk for not following their hundreds of steps when it comes to registration. Yet, referrals? Nah, let them do what they want.

Yesterday I broke down crying at work for the 2nd time this month. All because I feel like I’m not being listened to, and no one actually cares how things are supposed to be done.

I don’t find my concerns as micromanaging. If we are told that our job is supposed to be done in a certain way then…..

I spent most of yesterday playing ZA, sleeping and watching Ugly Betty. I’m glad I finally started watching Ugly Betty because this show is great. I cannot believe I missed this show for so long.

Finally got some sleep last night. Unfortunately this means I feel well enough to go to work today 😵‍💫 can’t wait to see how much stuff I missed yesterday
