Allow me to break principle 3:
This is good and a valid thing to do. Whoever greenlit, then doubled down on this totally doesn't deserve to be fired for ruining this platform.

Part of being happy with your body is knowing *what* makes you happy. if you can find at least one part of your body that you like whether that be your chest, calfs, neck, whatever, and find a new part every week. Then once you have the confidence, show yourself off and get outside affirmation.

Last time the weather channel said "light rain" it nearly flooded the basement. But now it's saying "light to heavy rain" and I'm terrified.

Not me having a panic attack over potential rain. Rain that hasn't happened yet but am still panicking about because "what if the basement floods while I'm asleep". The rain was supposed to start at 6:20, it's 6:30 but I did hear thunder so the rain is coming.
