Un gros travail de visibilité et de promotion du rugby a été fait avec la RWC et les compètes régionales. Mais tu buttes toujours sur le calendrier, surtout en France. Ce sont les clubs qui freinent à l’extension de la fenêtre internationale. Bref, je ne crois pas au tourniquet ni à la Géorgie.

Qu’il se déroule là où le rugby est né en renforce le caractère spécifique. Mais ce n’est pas un championnat international. Sinon on y aurait inclu les Blacks, les Boks, etc. Du coup tu perds la spécificité.

Je connais les arguments. Il a fallu des années à la France pour y entrer en 1910 (puis y revenir après s’être faite éjecter) et surtout l’Italie en 2000. Je me souviens d’au moins 10 ans de discussions sans fin dans les 80’s/90’s. À la base, c’est un tournoi régional.

Dans ce cas tu fais un 7Nations, puis 8, 9, … jusqu’à ce que ce soit la RWC tous les ans. Pas que je sois contre.
