Yes, the Episcopal Church has LGBTQI2S+ bishops, priests, deacons, and lay leaders. Perhaps most famous is Bishop Gene Robinson, but many others too. We specifically have dozens of (out and proud) trans clergy, though no bishops yet; that said, being trans is not a barrier to being elected.
