The question mental health professionals keep asking me is "what do you do for you?" And I hate it because I don't have an answer.

My circle here on bluesky is limited, so it's safer. My wife is the only family I know of that knows I'm here. Even so, sometimes posting makes me nervous.

Some of my family members will get drunk and text me apologies for things that happened to me 25+ years ago and it makes me tired and sad.

While I will happily admit to being a nut, I appreciate keeping the butts just between us. 😘

I feel the weight of everything today. I'm not enough and too much at the same time.

5 am should not exist. Why are people up at this demon hour?

My son's friends showed up at 10 this morning and stayed for 6 hours. If this is going to happen all summer I'm going to have to up my snack game.

I have a job interview tonight and I'm very nervous.

I was a little hesitant, me and the platform formerly known as Twitter didn't get along so well. We'll see how this goes!
