Yesterday = great day!
Today = struggle day.
It's okay. Struggle doesn't mean bad, just hard. I can go make lemon blueberry muffins and things will still be hard, but I'll have a delicious treat!
Today's #DailyDelight: I avoided buying food while running errands and came home to make shrimp cakes and lemon dijon roasted cauliflower! Soooooo good. And there's leftovers for tomorrow!

Accidentally poured too much bleach while cleaning PVCs, so I decided to pull some ponies from the Biohazard Bin to see what I can do for them. Here's hoping these lovely ladies can be saved!
