I jumped ship early-on, when it became clear the store was just a marketing tool and not a destination for hobbyist/collectors. I was more than willing to give CR a chance, but it's obvious the primary interest is selling their own (diminishing) anime discs and product collaborations.

Sadly, not surprising. Early on, I abandoned CR for manga purchases, as stocking info was unreliable and it became clear releases were sorted by when products are entered into their database and not the retail release date. The store was always set to be a marketing tool not a place for hobbyist.
