Shareholders should not be deciding the drivers, it should be down to talent and performance, not the funding they bring.

I'm not naive, I know this happens a lot in F1 but it has to change, especially when employees livelihood depends on the outcome ie, no bonus

That's no excuse, he was going into the pit and then came out of the pit lane crossing the white line, it's against the racing regulations. The white pin lane line should be treated like a wall

Ironically I was listening to your podcast about McLaren at Lem Mans and his book about Le Mans sort of in between each other. You guys have some great stories and detailed history, it's like listening to two chaps nattering away in the pub.

Just a tip everyone. If you know you're heading for a motorway journey and your car has snow on the roof, clear it before you set off. It won't clear with the 60mph travel you do but will fly off at 70-80mph onto the cars behind you on the motorway. Try and put some thought into your driving.
