There’s not a lot of clarity out there right now on options that we might have. I know that I certainly don’t want my lovely overseas Teamons to have their funds ransacked, and I’m sure the same goes for all the other UK stores. I’m looking into potential options to resolve duties on my end, but it’s all very unclear right now. I don’t currently have plans to switch off shipping to the US, but please understand and be aware of the extra costs and delays that may come as a result of this legislation. As I learn more, I’ll let you all know!

Hey there Teamons! So, by now you might have seen other UK-Based creatives talking about the incoming changes to US Shipping. To summarise: starting from August 29th, the previous $800 de minimis will be scrapped. This means that all orders under $800 will have duties, tariffs and other fees attached, which are to be paid by the recipient when their order arrives in the United States. Further, for the first six months there may be an $80 duty applied on each item arriving. Obviously, this is a huge burden on US customers who want to order from UK businesses.
