An early WIP of Miku's Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds appearance!!

Wanted to finish it before the semester started—and Silksong came out—buuuut this is as far as I got, so probably as close to done as it'll ever be（´∇｀'')ゞ

I used the official design & Kinjo Kuromomo's "Wolfen Dolly" as reference/study

Lumina! A Cute Moon Themed Catgirl VTuber WIP Model Whose Sleek & Sexy Outfit May or May Not Have Enough Belts (also may or may not be overdesigned, but let that go). Lumina's curious appearance has been the source of much grief for her throughout her life. An ethereal light shines from within her chest, bearing a striking resemblance to the full moon. Slitted, stark white pupils pierce through amber orbs with dark limbal rings. Her amethyst hair gives way to a pair of prominent feline ears—coupled with the feline tail extending from the base of her spine—a distinction shared with no one else residing in Chronicle. Given her petite frame and the graceful musculature of a dancer, Lumina strikes with the swift and sudden ferocity that belies her size. In no small part due to Alice's lasting impression on Lumina, she's overcome her earlier timidity and baseless shame and instead gained self-assurance and confidence in her appearance, so she's gradually become more and more comfortable with—and happy wearing—attire that accentuates her features. At the same time, Lumina finds clothes that restrict her movement too much stifling, so she often opts for something relatively close-fitting to preserve her lithe form & agile combat prowess. Of course, it helps being close with a tailor who's thrilled to oblige with her designs. Around her neck, Lumina wears a silver bell tied with a distinct crimson thread. An identical ribbon is wrapped around her left forearm. This outfit's main colour is black with purple secondary, featuring gold trim & white accents. An oversized hood adorns a cropped top with a cutout to highlight the glow in her chest. A sheer bodysuit beneath tapers to a point below her navel, where crossed straps extend down to her skirt. 3/4 gloves, thigh-high boots, belts!! (*Note: while it's not where I got the idea, the moonlight glow emanating from her chest is faintly reminiscent of Karlach's Infernal Engine & Karlach deffo helped me refine how it looks!)

I've toyed with the idea of creating a VTuber model for myself for awhile now, so I thought I'd try drawing one! Never made it to the rigging stage, but I do plan on learning that eventually (〃￣ω￣〃)ゞ

I needed to finalize her outfit's design anyway lol

Friday July 4th: Portal 2 Co-op (w/ Blairbobaggins) Saturday July 5th: Sonic Unleashed - Post-Game (Going for 100%!!) Sunday July 6th: Mario Kart World (Speedrun + Competitive Play)

Blue Prince was voted on by viewers and will be the next new game I'm playing on stream. I don't know nearly anything about it, so it should be a complete disaster. Also, wanna try running 30 Tracks (Classic) in MKW. Also also, this art is done by @soulreignite.bsky.social and can be found below!
