My first wargames table was my train layout when I was eleven or twelve; airfix soldiers and matchbox tanks fought over my Märklin trains.

It's a bit of a mixed bag though, wargames and model railroad scales rarely match (except for British 00 gauge). I have thought about it though...

Some fancy cameras (not mine) can take several shots with different depths of focus and then combine them, focus stacking I think its called. I'm tempted to try and do that manually.
