Marimar Martinez is a US citizen who was shot by ICE five times in Chicago.

She was then arrested, labelled a β€œdomestic terrorist” and slandered on social media.

All charges against her have been dropped.

In this interview she shows on of the seven holes the ICE agent put in her body.

for those not keeping track: masked feds, upset about being followed during kidnappings, reportedly swerved their car into martinez's, got out and said, "do something bitch," then unloaded five shots into her before driving off.

feds then charged martinez w/ assault and offered $50k for more info.

We found some disturbing X posts from one of the feds, also seen in other viral videos. His name is Timothy Donahue, and it's now public record:

Federal agents used chemical weapons on Chicagoans at least 49 times β€” even after a judge said to stop.

Contrary to federal claims about attacks on agents, most of these incidents appear to involve nonviolent protesters or bystanders. blockclubchi.co/47PoaXb

On November 6, 2025, the district court ordered a preliminary injunction
forbidding defendants from using certain crowd control techniques and imposing
additional requirements on law enforcement activities. Dist. Ct. DE 250.
Defendants seek a stay pending appeal, and plaintiffs oppose. A stay is
appropriate if the movant demonstrates a likelihood of success on the merits and
irreparable injury. Nken v. Holder, 556 U.S. 418, 434 (2009); Camelot Banquet Rooms, Inc. v.
Small Bus. Admin, 14 F.4th 624, 628 (7th Cir. 2021) (per curiam). And β€œ[i]n close
cases … [a court] will balance the equities and weigh the relative harms to the applicant
and to the respondent.” Hollingsworth v. Perry, 558 U.S. 183, 190 (2010) (per curiam)

Image text is too long for Bluesky alt text, here's the kicker:

Defendants are likely to succeed on the merits. The preliminary injunction
entered by the district court is overbroad. In no uncertain terms, the district court’s
order enjoins an expansive range of defendants, including the President of the United
States, the entire Departments of Homeland Security and Justice, and anyone acting in
concert with them. The practical effect is to enjoin all law enforcement officers within
the Executive Branch. Further, the order requires the enjoined parties to submit for
judicial review all current and future internal guidance, policies, and directives
regarding efforts to implement the orderβ€”a mandate impermissibly infringing on
principles of separation of powers on this record. Finally, the district court’s order is too
prescriptive. For example, it enumerates and proscribes the use of scores of riot control
weapons and other devices in a way that resembles a federal regulation.

New: a 7th Circuit appellate panel has issued a stay on Dustrict Judge Sara Ellis' injunction order, which limits federal immigration agents' use of force in the North Illinois court district.

The panel, consisting of two Trump appointees and a Reagan appointee, found the injunction "overbroad."

They arrested ~16 people with criminal records.

They terrorized thousands,
brutalized protesters,
destroyed families,
cratered businesses,
tear-gassed a Halloween parade,
traumatized kids in a day care,
killed a man,
& pepper sprayed a baby…

for 16 people with criminal records.

ICYMI, @govpritzker.illinois.gov in October claimed state, county and local police at Broadview were working "to protect people’s ability to peacefully exercise their constitutional rights."

In the month since those same police have arrested about 80 protestors at Broadview.
