In a country this sick with such poor health outcomes, there should be no surplus value for healthcare administrators who contribute NOTHING to the function of healthcare but make the biggest salaries. I hope when the revolution comes they are the first round of the bourgeoise that we come for.

Get after the billionaires who are keeping you sick, shortening your lifespan, burning out front line workers (so we cannot perform at the level that each patient deserves or spend appropriate time with you), and killing us all while they continue to make themselves rich off of the "surplus value".

Putting the whole onus of responsibility on our backs to fix the system punishes the workers. We are not making billions of dollars off of the system that benefits from keeping people sick. Yes, we are players in the system and we share some of the responsibility, but we are not the root cause.

Getting a doctorate in nursing after working as an RN has shown me how deeply the system is squeezed on both ends. I agree healthcare workers have a responsibility to amend the issues we can, I know from my experience is that the worst issues are beyond our control. We have to de-monitize medicine.

As an RN, I can say that the only profession I have seen treated w as much disrespect are flight attendants. After watching the video of them get all the passengers safely off the flight that crashed in Canada, I want y’all to remember this the next time you get mad when they ask you to do something

The United States isn’t descending into fascism, it is fascist by its architecture. That is the nature of empire. You cannot become what you are not inherently. And thus ALL US presidents are evil. They all weaken the left to prevent the people doing what’s best for us and not them. FIGHT. BACK.
