Tummy then realises the sprite is out of line, away from their duties, and calls her out for it, which the sprite does not respond to well. The sprite chides her boss for lumping all the important work on her and her alone, and explains that she desperately needs Mint to take the job. Tummy tries to calm her, suggesting that Mint absolutely would take it, to which Mint comments that she might not after the emotional rollercoaster she just went on. Stressed, the sprite clutches at their ethereal hair. "Oh sweet stars above, the only potential hire in months and you've scared them away. I can NOT take this."

Tummy apologizes for the distress, and thanks Mint for her kindness and forgiveness. Realizing her faux pas, she quickly releases Mint's hand and apologizes for overstepping. With the interview having taken a back seat, Tummy suggests to stop here and come back to it at a later time, which Mint responds with "I may need to think about it." Out of the blue, the sprite from earlier, the one who had shown Mint to the office to begin with, had overheard everything. "Seriously? After all that and... Nothing!?" Tummy asks what she's talking about.

Tummy is unsure how to respond or act, verbally going through her current thought process. "I don't how how to handle this! Do we hug it out? Let's hug it out! No, that's way to forward and way to soon after all this!" Mint, realising Tummy isn't used to handling emotional things like this, tries to reassure her that it's okay, they don't have to do anything special as an apology. She reaches out a hand, which Tummy grasps firmly.

Mint shakily explains her feelings. The shock of discovering Tummy with a belly full of clientele, the panic she felt during the interview, and her understandable reaction that followed. But, she is relieved that Tummy had kept her word; Mint said "no", and Tummy stopped. She thanks her, and apologizes for scaring her. Tummy gets emotional herself.

Tummy, adjusting her manner of speech, tries to reassure Mint that everything is okay. She tells her she stopped the pheromone, and continues to attempt to reassure her. She reaches out, but stops short of touching her shoulder, thinking better of it. She turns away, thinking aloud to herself, "I've overstepped again... Oh gosh, what do I do?" She tells Mint that she knows someone who can help her, someone far better equipped to handle this situation than herself. She says she can go find her, and send her here, but she won't return herself. She thinks it's best she keeps her distance. Mint, however, speaks up, asking her to wait.

Silence. Mint, clutching her hair and face, catches her breath. She turns to a saddened Tummy Love, who has immediately changed back to her smaller, less intimidating form. Her hair, however, had yet to catch up.

Mint pauses, struggling with the effects, before stuttering her next question. She asks if this is how all her interviews play out. Tummy begins to explain that this is actually the first interview she's done. She goes on to explain her need to be transparent and explains the job role, but Mint struggles to focus. The pheromone takes control, her gaze focuses on Tummy's unusual heart-shaped eyes, then her wet, inviting mouth... ... before she catches herself, panics, and screams "NO!"

Mint is shocked that her horn could bend so easily, and asks if it will go back to normal. Tummy calmly explains that yes, just like those before her, she will go back to normal. She kneels, meeting her eye level, and explains that while the pheromone is strong and can pull out unusual desires and abilities from within to the surface, she is still in control of the situation. Mint can say "no" at any time.

The first thing Mint asks about is the scent that filled the room shortly after Tummy Love's transformation. She tells her it's part of her unique magic; a pheromone that allows her to swallow another whole, should both parties involved wish it (bet you forgot this was a vore comic). Throughout her explination, she walks around Mint's chair, lightly poking at her horn, and as to emphasise how flexible it makes them it slightly bends at the pressure.
