With the erasure of diversity, equity, and inclusion, not enough has changed. In fact, we have taken a giant step backwards.

DEI or what it stands for has been our fight since the 60s. DEI is not our term but one they use today. I choose to work on clarifying that fighting DEI is an excuse for creating a segregated country. I have found many did not realize that fact. Sometimes, using their term helps the fight.

In Charlottesville, the counter protest was led by the National Council of Churches. Do not discount people of faith in our fight for justice. Their line was broken by the fascist militia protesters.

She is the Bishop, not a Pastor. She will not be removed. The Episcopal Church is diverse and welcoming, including LGBTQ. In Charlottesville, there was a counter-protest lead by leaders of multiple faiths, including an Episcopal Bishop. They linked hands and went to their assigned area to be abused.
