Last August I was laid off, and so the very thing which served as a sort of propulsion for sinking my life into the project was gone. Now I don't know where to find that meaning anymore. Sounds dramatic, but I sacrificed a lot, and I'm not sure I want to go through it all again.

For the past 10 years I worked a day job and had to scrounge for whatever time I had left to put into the animation. This meant sleeping 4 hour nights and throwing my health away. I was discontent with my life, and the project was a kind of escape, a response to my unhappiness.
