Haven’t heard that name in a while!

There’s nothing quite like deleting 700,000 rows from a production database table on a Friday morning to get the blood flowing.

Thankfully I needed to delete all 700,000 rows! 😀

It starts to dawn on you that you’re getting old when you get knee pain whilst running, google the problem and realise you now need to buy knee straps. 😭

Started DragonAge Veilguard yesterday. I had no real interest in playing this but it was part of the PS+ games for March and so far it’s alright…

What a week for TV!

Started with this week’s jaw dropping episode of Paradise (Disney+) and ended with the incredible Severance (Apple TV).

Finally we have some answers, but the way both shows delivered them, and the cinematography.

Can’t wait for the season finales for both shows next week.

I have no clue why, but I fancied listening to this gem from 1996. Still love it!

Immediately transports me back to listening it at University.

Haha!!We’ve loved it! The food is incredible. Very romantic place, and easy to get around on the tram/metro system. We’ve been here since Saturday and come back tomorrow. So if you need recommendations let us know.

Btw Karen chuckled when she saw your message as she loved the YouTube oled videos but I put normal tv on and she wasn’t convinced it’s much different than our old tv. But I knew 😂😂

I’ll post a pic later. I installed the tv last night then shortly afterwards my internet died and has been down all evening and morning. It’s amazing how many games reply on “contacting base” when starting.

Our current one was 50”. So I compromised and got a bloody good 55” screen.

65” would have been lovely, but also too big for our current lounge configuration and way over my budget for replacing our (non-broken) tv.

Trying to justify (to myself) upgrading my 10 year old Samsung 4K TV with a new LG G4 OLED. The only thing stopping me is my current tv is working fine, just doesn’t support all the modern bells and whistles…

I was expecting a reasonable day one patch, but I think it was 132gb today. I’ve just left it downloading (again) in the background..

Loving Day of the Jackal on Sky, clearly whoever pitched the intro sequence loved Adele’s Skyfall, plus the graphics are inspired from the classic bond movies.
