Second week at Occidental Boot Camp was much better. One of the long time students gave me the scoop that last week’s workout was the hardest they had for awhile. Gives me hope!

Fun fact- I had a metallic taste in my mouth after. Turns out when you exert yourself super hard you can burst little capillaries in your lungs which bleed/vaporize. Nothing to worry about if it happens occasionally- but a new experience for me altogether.

Tried Occidental Boot Camp this morning. Realized I’m woefully prepared for that much cardio at 7am… but gonna keep going for the next month
