นี่ไม่ได้อยู่ในพื้นที่เสี่ยงภัย แต่อยากบอกว่า survival kit อย่างนึงที่อยากให้เตรียมเอาไว้ คือพวกอาหารแปรรูปที่มีน้ำตาลเยอะๆ พวกหมูหยอง หมูหวาน หมูแผ่น เพราะมันเก็บแห้งแบบไม่ต้องเข้าตู้เย็น สำหรับคนที่ทานหมูไม่ได้ ก็แนะนำเนื้อแผ่น กุนเชียงปลา พวกผลไม้เชื่อมแห้งๆ คือในภาวะที่ไม่มีอาหารอย่างอื่น มันจะช่วยให้เรามีพลังงาน

เอาจริงปะ นี่อยู่เชียงใหม่ ข่าวทางภาคเหนือที่รับแรงแผ่นดินไหวกันไปเต็มๆ ยังรู้ข่าวในท้องที่ตัวเองจากสื่อหลักน้อยกว่าข่าวของ กทม.

นอกจากทีมกู้ภัยที่ทำงานหนักแล้ว วันนี้ต้องยกให้บุคลากรทางการแพทย์ที่ดูแลผู้ป่วยเต็มกำลังจริงๆ นับถือมาก

หลายๆรอบบางทีก็แอบคิดว่าถ้าพี่จะทำเหมือนประเทศไทยมีแต่กทม.ขนาดนี้พี่ก็ไม่ต้องใช้ยุทธศาสตร์ชาตินิยมกลืนล้านนากลืนภาคอื่นๆให้เป็นไทยขนาดนี้ก็ได้ พี่ก็ปล่อยพวกผมไปตามยถากรรมงี้แหละ

We found a gorgeous jellyfish last night while dockfouling and after much chasing, we were able to catch it to look at it closer. It's possibly a young fried egg, but the species is undetermined. And it had adorable hitchhikers!
