Let me tweek that, there is radar giving the location but without details like altitude or speed which have to be transmitted from the aircraft itself. Here, the chopper requested visual clearance and it was granted. That means, I can see the plane so I’ll navigate around it myself.

What the right wing REALLY means:

The ATC has basic radar if the craft’s transponder isn’t on but it doesn’t have altitude or speed intel which are transmitted from the transponder live.

No one's blaming Democrats for causing this crisis, but yes, many of them are failing to meet this moment.

One Democratic senator could bring the chamber to a halt. House Dems can go to fed agencies being gutted by Musk with cameras in tow. Governors can push back. State AGs can bring lawsuits.
