I feel Rough Draft’s animation in Season 4 was a noticeable step up from Sunwoo’s animation in the first three seasons. The animation got more fluid and crazy, and the colors got bolder.

I could tell the female teacher was voiced by Tom Kenny, as she sounded a lot like SpongeBob (especially when she got mad and raised her voice).

It's interesting how the show's animation quality noticeably improved for the fourth and final season, switching overseas studios from Sunwoo Entertainment to Rough Draft, especially with the bolder colors.

Interesting how the Wolfe family's home movies have a universal countdown leader. Unless they attached it when supposedly combining all their film strips onto one reel.

Madame Doreeno is pretty much the only female voice Tom Kenny did on the show who doesn't sound like SpongeBob.

Reminds me of the time we tried having our local baseball team's kangaroo mascot wear a Rocko shirt!
