Custom mats by Mars mat, cut in a circle, circle of same size cut in plasticard, small hole drilled into the plasticard, magnet glued into hole. Mat glued to plasticard, washes around the rim to make it look like the light is dimming, Wyrd lampposts painted with a magnet inserted into the base

I had a rough time filming that sculpt. Haven't had that kind of difficulty with a nightmare box since Wild Ones. Glad you love it, though.

Ran my first independent events at #GenCon this year had a decent amount of dropoff but still proud as heck I managed to sell out the 16 seats of one of them. Next year should be even better when our version actually matches the edition of the main game 👍. I should make an SPS Banner.

My guy is casually wielding a yokai (Kasa-Obake) on his arm as well as the Hushabye cloak which is slowly turning him into a ghost.

The suits having different meanings and purpose are also great.

Always a delight to paint something that you don't often see in other minis games. Just some kid. Don't let the humble Newsie fool you, though, it only takes 9 newspapers to take down a vicious war machine like a Peacekeeper.

Yes and no. You can definitely play casual games with like-minded folks, and there's a party game variant where you can get away with drinking and socializing while you play. Actually there are several game types that are all less complex than the standard 50ss version.

Would an assembly video help?

Today's drama: Vaguely racist guy who got kicked off of my discord claims on the largest Malifaux FB group that one of the few 'good' people in Malifaux is a similar class traitor as the McDs employee that sold out Luigi.

Play tested my mod to Henchman Hardcore last night. Rules seem to be a lot more engaging and I think it's going to work as a closer alternative to Malifaux than it is now.

It smells like Spring. This weather is f*cking lying to me.

Something I think I just realized. Malifaux just isn't going to appeal to the stereotypical wargamer. It's not trying it's hardest to be 'badass powerful soldier guys'.
