今まで無かったのでマスコット系のサンプル作りました。
（業務用など著作権のある物は割愛しました）

When properly fitted to the feet of a sock-wearing mascot costume, it should look like this.
Besides off-the-shelf mascot-style costumes,
it should also be adaptable for full-body fur suits.

I'm thinking the price should be between $250 and under $300 USD. What do you all think?🫢

ソックスを履かせた着ぐるみの足にうまくフィットさせるとこうなる予定。
既製品のマスコット系着ぐるみの他
ファースーツでも応用が効くでしょう
寸法や要望に合わせたワンオフのオーダー品です。
今後希望があれば試験的に製作します。
価格は2万後半から3万前半と考えていますがどうでしょうか？

試しに作ってはみましたがこの手のキットは世の中で必要とされるのかはまだわかりません。
興味ある方はコメントでご意見いただけると参考になります。
また価格なども検討できるので宜しければご協力ください。

形状の副産物として、着ぐるみの足にソックスを履かせてから装着すると一体化して遠目にはシューズに見せられる場合もあります。
靴その物の専用品を揃えるのが理想ですが、今ある物を利用して靴にする拡張キットとすれば、衣装と合わせたり雨天の野外などの使用など活動の幅を広げられるでしょう。

サンダルはスタラップのみでも成立できます。
なぜつま先と踵を抜いた形状にしたのかと言うと、曲面の芯を入れる部分を排除して作業時間を短縮できるから。
業務用シューズが高額なのは素材もありますが難易度の高く時間がかかる工程があるからです。
その分をカットすれば価格を下げられます。

甲の押えでつま先が飛び出ないようなので前方のストラップを削除してスッキリ。
いつもと違いソール部が普通のEVAですがプロユースで無ければ数年は持つでしょう。
芯を入れた製甲なのでフニャフニャしたりシワも出ず形も安定します。
生地だけで形を作ると型崩れがひどく良品にならないのです。

価格を抑えた廉価版で簡易な作りですがソールは船底形状で基本的な部分は変えていません。（安全の為）
重量は240ｇ（片足）となります。
ゴム系の強力な滑り止めを使うと一気に重量は増加します。

ヒールストラップがあるので後方からの出し入れが基本ですがベルクロタイプにして上方からの装着のパターンも可能です。
見本では内貼りがありませんが製品版では付きます。
底の滑り止めは用途に合わせて相談になるでしょう。

病み上がりで目と手元が危ないので精密作業はお休み。
短時間でパパッと作れるサンダルを試作してみました。
着ぐるみの足の上に履くオーバーシューズになります。
手元にあった適当な材料なので見てくれが良くありませんがこの程度で間に合う方にならエコノミー価格で作れそうです。

I got my new costume done for last weekend
The place was an old storage so I thought it goes well with this costume which is a Japanese pedlar 500 years ago

The person next to me is my handler in same style with me

While not widely known overseas, we also accept commissions for Japanese-style footwear and shoes in styles we've released in the past.
However, we can only make sizes up to about 27.5 cm.
This is because large shoes with built-in support are not sold in Japan.

【Year-End Outsourced Work】

While disruptions to shipments to the U.S. persist due to the impact of Trump tariffs,
I am proceeding conditionally as an alternative solution has been proposed.
Although still under verification, shipments to Europe have become possible, albeit on a limited basis.

The masks arrived safely in Europe today.
I was worried because the paperwork and shipping conditions were different from usual, but we managed to resolve it.

Thanks, I decided on the expression for the European version as usual after consulting with the owner.
It resembles the art style of Konestra.
The depiction of the forehead and eye sockets, along with the restrained smile, are the parts that differ from the North American version.

With the owner's permission, I'm sharing photos taken just before completion.
Official photos will be released on Twitter at a later date.
Since this was a request from Europe, the facial features are slightly different from those typically aimed at North America.

My first shipment to Europe cleared Japanese customs.
I was worried about whether the paperwork was correct.
Another shipment to Europe will be sent soon, so I'll monitor the situation.
If there are no issues, I can start accepting orders from Europe.
