MPDUs and workforce housing are two different standards of affordability. The legislation only requires MPDUs.

Ginny - The legislation may have been part of the More Housing NOW package, but it had nothing to do with "workforce housing units". No workforce housing is required to get the tax breaks - only 2.5% more MPDUs than would have been required otherwise.
