WOL: If I had realized then that this was something I could do, I'd have told you sooner. a panel of thancred rubbing his temple with one hand, then holding it enquiringly. THANCRED: Why did you keep... wol, sitting with their hands on their knees, legs folded beneath them, looking down. then they look away, ashamed, face red. WOL: I am incapable of.. processing.. without compromising something. but i could still.. perceive the proximity. i was aware of it. and i craved it. their hands curl into fists, gripping their nightgown along. thancred takes notice.

wol with their hand held out hesitantly. thancred takes it, making them gasp now that they can feel it proper. two panels show him pulling them closer. wol attempts to touch his face. he bites back a scowl and pulls them all the way to stop it. hands on their back, he wanders a little too close to their tail, causing them to squeak. wol jumps back, covering their mouth with one hand. thancreds wandering hand hovers awkwardly behind them. both are shocked.

wol now with both their hands covering their mouth, thancred attempting not to laugh. THANCRED: A hidden skill of yours? a small panel shows wol shaking their fists, frustrated. THANCRED: I suppose that proves it. WOL: There was naught to prove. THANCRED: So you say. WOL: It was always going to work. THANCRED: Of course. WOL: You really think you know my body better than I do? THANCRED: .. Want to put that to the test? two small panels show thancred pushing wol, who is startled and grabs onto him, down. WOL: Wh- hey! HEY!

the black panel is smaller this time, behind thancred. he's managed to get yuyang to allow being comforted, and holds yuyang's face in his hands gently. "But I'm here now," thancred says, and yuyang only manages a muffled "like I give a shit," as his head is buried in thancred's shoulder. (his hand is gripping the front of thancred's shirt, though, so what's the truth? hehe)
