Thank you π
28.06.2025 00:51 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Iβm looking forward to meeting researchers and clinicians at the @cancercaremascc.bsky.social annual meeting!
04.06.2025 16:20 β π 2 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Those of us with tweens do
07.03.2025 15:43 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Was that an option?! Iβll take a weekly email - doesnβt need to be daily. π€£
06.03.2025 19:55 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Maybe try the old for mls play and the new for CONCACAF only?
02.03.2025 22:40 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Literally anyone who plays forward?
02.03.2025 19:09 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Works fine for me π€·π»ββοΈ
02.03.2025 18:34 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Realtime NIH study section tracking:

#episky #medsky #publichealthsky
For those who had submitted an NIH grant for the October deadline and anticipated review today by the Lifestyle and Health Behaviors (LHB) study section, it is apparently postponed. public.csr.nih.gov/StudySection...

**Not February submissions. October 2024. My mistake.
26.02.2025 19:31 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0That is, without notice to eRA Commons or emails to PIs.
26.02.2025 19:27 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Thereβs no point in trying to convince people of this stuff.
16.02.2025 18:59 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0An open-access read for my cancer epi colleagues. This paper is the first to examine the use of cannabis products in cancer patients by area of residence. #EpiSky
12.02.2025 13:11 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Wait, let me get this straight. Lyme disease is engineered but all the other tick borne diseases are natural right? Itβs like flat earthers who insist this planet is flat but others arenβt.
31.01.2025 00:18 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0I think significant criticism can be thrown in all directions with this one. The prior administration could have finalized the rule and punted.
31.01.2025 00:10 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Yeah...π€¦ββοΈ
28.01.2025 15:49 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0For whatever itβs worth, Kansas does have a state health department. Hopefully itβs working with EIS.
28.01.2025 01:33 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Is there an introductory course you could take to see if you like it/them? No such thing as too old to learn.
20.01.2025 15:35 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Is there a specific thought associated with rolling one's eyes, because it's that one.
14.01.2025 21:01 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0I mean, I guess. Ultimately it doesn't make a difference as long as someone can interpret it (but, truly, I found 'increased odds of not experiencing pregnancy loss' to be akin to a double negative).
14.01.2025 20:48 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Random question but why did you define the outcome in such a way that the OR>1 as opposed to religiosity being protective and therefore OR<1 (pardon the shorthand)?
14.01.2025 04:03 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0If I werenβt an epidemiologist and didnβt constantly get confused with the other fields, Iβd be in the same boat. FWIW: Epi = acting upon; demos = populations; and ology = a subject of study. So, epidemiology is the study of things (diseases) acting upon human populations.
13.01.2025 03:58 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0It was a simple question. Have a nice day. ππ»
10.01.2025 18:54 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Thought so.
10.01.2025 17:22 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 2 π 0Tell me again your (plural?) expertise? I'm still unclear on who I'm speaking with.
10.01.2025 17:10 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0I don't disagree with the idea that the virus can mutate (or, evolve as with prior such outbreaks), but I disagree on their conclusions *from their data*: Mild disease at present. All I'm seeing from your posts, though, is beyond caution - as YLE expresses - but rather fearmongering.
10.01.2025 17:06 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Who is the "we" in your posts and what are your/their areas of expertise aside from pointed conjecture?
