This is a work in progress of Lady Azure / Shadow Milk Cookie from Cookie Run Kingdom. It's a closeup on her face where currently you can only see from bust up. She has a frilly collar, sleeves, and a bow around her neck. Her hair is visible and covers one of her eyes while a bow is in the back tying her hair up. There's also eyes, but no iris' or the rest of her face YET.
