Psssst I started Sketch-tember last night.

Day 1: Ghost Orchid

This project is a lot more manual labor (and money $$$$) than I thought it would be.
I’m painting this newspaper box essentially for free to enter a local art contest. The contest is on the 20th at a local art fair.
Voting is done through donation, and all artists will get a percentage of that.

If you were at SakuraCon on Saturday, did you have a lot of fun? I still enjoyed my time there although the evacuation over smoke hazards did put a damper on things since I was hanging out in the upper levels of the Arch building that day.
