Congratulations to all the Democratic candidates who won tonight. It’s a reminder that when we come together around strong, forward-looking leaders who care about the issues that matter, we can win. We’ve still got plenty of work to do, but the future looks a little bit brighter.

May this be, finally, the turning point that the Democratic Party so desperately needs.

This whole mess is just so incredibly sad. We watched how a Netflix doc on that nutso mayor of Toronto, Ford, and how he managed to win, and Trump used the same tactics. The difference is that Ford really cared about the people who voted for him. And Canadians got wise to his lies. Better media.

Nonetheless, it's really really stupid to wave Mexican flags while protesting in America. Wave American flags! Trump is not America. And we should be refusing to surrender our democracy to him.

My husband and I (in our 70s) compete each morning using Merlin. We have different phones so different mics. We go out on the porch at daybreak and for the next hour we're competing to see who gets the most interesting list.

I'm a dual citizen and live both health care realities. Trust me, Canadian healthcare is a mess. Every family member I have in Canada has experienced their own horror story. And I mean horror. The problem is deep and complicated. Its not perfect in the US, but it's certainly not as bad as Canada.

Let's be honest here. Health care in both England and Canada (and France) is in crisis. There are no simple answers. Health care is not what it was in the 60s when single payer models were created. The world needs fresh eyes on health care.
