I should update, its progress? The shop now looks like an archeological dig. I have learned about pipes, sump pumps, and how the kilowatts of a water heater can make your day or fuck you over. That said, I have an utterly amazing team on my side, who are kind, knowledgeable and just plain awesome

I haven't been so great with updates, and I apologize. A bad insomnia jag hath me in thrall. However, things are looking good! Construction has started and I found a good local supplier.

Update: I have a contract for construction and running it by some very smart people so I don't make any silly mistakes. Please keep sending good vibes!
