It's two questions really.
First, is it true that the main reason that SCOTUS allows deportation without the full due process of criminal trials is that they ruled deportation was a civil procedure that did not result in the loss of life liberty or property but only repatriation?

Yes.
I'm referring specifically to the Venezuelans sent to El Salvador.
It seems to me their imprisonment in El Salvador contradicts the SCOTUS reasoning behind saying full due process isn't required to deport.

Has SCOTUS ruled that illegals can be deported to foreign prisons and deprived of liberty without trial?

Is that true both before and after deportation proceedings?
I had read that the SCOTUS allowed deportation without full due process because it was a civil procedure and not a criminal one that could deprive them of life liberty or property, but only result in a return to their home country.
