I finally fixed it. My old saves can’t be used anymore, but luckily, I already had these families uploaded to my gallery.

Wanted to update this; That doctor’s office was indeed confirmed to be a scam lmao I got a second opinion from a different doctor and they told me that place has a reputation for just making people go straight to the procedure rather than considering all other options for treatment 💀💀💀
