A lot of the policy ideas Dems push create new regulatory and cost burdens for the public. That often means the policies feel elite and unhelpful. The challenge Dems have is to find new ways of accomplishing their goals without so much cost and complexity. It isn’t easy. Takes a whole mind shift.

I’m from PNW as well. I eat salmon at least twice a week. Mixing things up can be fun. Think of it like teriyaki salmon.

Salmon does not get enough credit for how versatile it is. It is an amazing fish.

It was relatively thick salmon. But I was “aggressive” with the sauce. The salmon flavor held up really well. The sauce has a lot of flavors, but was designed to work with fish. It is a play on a teriyaki glaze.

Ponzu is a great idea. Somebody else suggest tamarind. I did cook the salmon with lemon.

It was very popular. I didn’t use that much tomato.

I hear you. It may not be for right for you. It is everybody’s right to have a preference (at least I think that is still allowed in America). I have to say, though, it works really well.

I’ll put together a recipe. I slow cooked it (at about 250) on a bed of lemon in the over (covered with foil) for two hours. And then hit it with high heat for 15 minutes to carmalize the glaze.

It is a totally fair comment. I eat Salmon multiple times a week. It is my primary protein. It holds up well with this. But a beautiful, simple salmon is also amazing.

These new maps are ridiculous. They will make it hard for communities to be well represented. They are also essential for Democracy because the US President has declared war on democratic process and tradition. His extreme actions started this and anybody who loves our democracy can’t let him win.
