- introducing strategy bit by bit rather than one big ‘look here’s this big amazing strategy’, to help with adoption of key processes and principles

Eg:
- tracking and sharing progress towards goals across teams using a matrix or spreadsheet in meetings
- involving your teams in running workshops and working with stakeholders so they have ownership and enthusiasm for it

Seems there are a lot of shared challenges, whatever type of content you specialise in. Also heard some great examples of when strategies have worked well and ways to embed new ways of working

Went to a kick-off session for a charity content strategy working group yesterday. So good to meet other content people in real life and hear experiences. I have some notes that I’m thinking over. Thank you @wjdesign.bsky.social for bringing us together.

I am looking after my neighbour’s two tortoises while she’s away. They’re hibernating in the fridge. They’ve got a shelf each. I did not know this was a thing but I find it amazing.
