okay so my brother's gf keeps gloating to me about her wl, and anytime shes goes to the doctor which is every other week she goes " well, time to see if i lost another 2-3 pounds! " it's pissing me off cuz she knows about how i "used to" have issues with food

I got down to my lowest weight around her, and everyone knew I had an ED. They knew I was always counting calories, and she also witnessed me almost fainting. So when she sent this, I broke down cuz this song un glamorizes the struggles of Ana.

so, my sister sent me this today, and I cried after listening to this song. when she used to live with me she watched my ED take everything away from me. I never wanted to really hang out but when I did it was always at night.

Lunch: 200 for the patty,
110 for the potatoes and dinner will be the same thing im eating for lunch.

Update: burnt 120, but hoping to burn more tonight. I had was on a timer and couldn't burn much more off :( but goal is 300😊

Idk my grandma is very disordered and shes in her 70s, and is anemic and diabetic so i think i should be fine :) she's shorter than me, i think she is 4'11 and she weighs around 120. shes tiny, tiny. Like i can see her bones which is so sad to me.

Wanna know how pissed i am to realize that when i get to a lw again i will probably have to get hospitalized or i will actually die cuz i have anemia :)
