LibreDNS a public encrypted DNS service, that people can use to maintain secrecy of their dns traffic, but also circumvent censorship.

Try using some ad blocking DNS servers as your first step. Makes reading articles a lot more tolerable and simple to do on android. Also helps with privacy from your ISP
