Some say it is illegal to arrest a sitting president. It is not. The president is subject to the law like everyone. That none have been arrested in the U.S. is only a policy internal to the DOJ based on the need for continuity of government operations--a policy that never imagined a criminal POTUS.

Start suing state and local police departments for aiding and abetting, acting in concert with criminal acts of ICE/CBP.
Nobody’s holding the feds to account but that is not the case with state and local police departments who answer to their local government as well as state attorneys general.

When I taught Civics, I used Supreme Court cases to trace our expansion of rights to demonstrate democratic values.

If I were still teaching Civics today, I would need to place the concepts of 'precedent,' 'stare decisis,' and 'rule of law' in the trash bin.

This SCOTUS is corrupt.

And the question I keep asking about ICE is, how low can they go? And the answer is, we don’t yet know.
