Second, whatever they have to say past that point is pointless. You get into contact with Bsky support and ask them about further details. There's nothing you can gain in DMs with some random about it.

Shorthand of the lore: A number of ancestors of this tribe of kobold became Wererats. These Wererat Kobolds took over the tribe. Over a good ten generations, the kobolds are now very rat-like. Ratbolds!
Said tribe's elders are all Wererats while the typical kobolds just have the rat-ness.
