I have approximately zero following on this app, sharing in the hopes it can get in front of the right person. A man I went to college with’s wife was kidnapped by ICE at a green card hearing, and he’s trying to find a reporter who will speak to him about the situation

We went to the only dedicated gluten free patisserie in the region and it was excellent!
La Palabre Malouine In Saint-Malo, Bretagne.
Most items were also lactose-free and some egg-free as well.
The chocolate tart was my favorite with the strawberry tart close behind.

The point isn’t exactly to make more money, it’s to pillage and destroy.

Sad that the college education I received could become a thing of the past for many reasons.
I have a BA in gender studies from a small women’s college.
With the closures of small colleges (including my alma matter,) high tuition costs & now “anti-woke” policies…
It’s a tragedy for this country.

I found out that my estrogen prescription was 1/4 the strength it needed to be and that I should also be on testosterone and progesterone for energy, libido, mood and neurological health.
And estrogen cream is vital for vaginal and UT health as well.

Even if you pay for Medicare it’s definitely cheaper coverage than a market plan of the same caliber, but it is by no means free for a lot of people.

When folks are low income then Medicare is supplemented with Medicaid. And that’s vital because it only pays for 80% of your healthcare expenses.

I’m on Medicare so here are some facts:

I pay a monthly premium out of my SSDI benefits because my household income is above the poverty level.

I also pay for a Regence Insurance “bridge plan” which pays for what Medicare doesn’t cover.
That’s about $325 total, out of my $1,400 monthly check.
