A Tyrannosaurus mcraeensis walks along a beach in search of food. A small wave comes in from the top of the scene. The Tyrannosaurus casts a large shadow on the sand. Tyrannosaurus mcraeensis is a new species of Tyrannosaurus that was described earlier this year.

a Zygophyseter nears the surface to take a breath, it exhales the air inside its lungs creating bubbles. a raised portion of water begins to form at the front of its large melon. Zygophyseter is a toothed whale that looks like a large dolphin with a sperm whale like melon which doesnt extend all the way down its snout.

a male Lisowicia travels through a densely forested area Lisowicia is a kind of synapsid (extinct ancestor of mammals) that's about the size of a subadult elephant. it possesses a beak with two tusks to the side of its mouth, and a large forehead

a Stegouros sits in its burrow, it gnaws on the bones of a Patagomia. other bones lay in the back of its home Stegouros is a small ankylosaur with a macuahuitl for a tail club. Patagomia is a mesozoic mammal only known from a it's hip and parts of its limb bones

Vultures like to take a load off and relax, spending a lot of time sitting or loafing flat more like a cat or dog than a typical bird. Being heavy-bodied, with more flat, chicken-like feet than other raptors, it's both practical and ridiculously cute! 🪶
