there's something really selfless and noble about forgetting to eat while purposeful starving is frowned upon. i will try to do the former albeit i have nothing else to tgink about whatsoever and nothing to distract myself with either

woke up Normal today.

i self harmed for the first time in 10.5 months and
1) i feel better now and i think i have overreacted and i slashed my arm for nothing
2) i will be forced to wear long sleeves in this hot ass weather ☹️

and the last time I WEighed myself was a year ago and then she was like wait let me guess your weight! approximately and then she said a number so dreadful i thought i was going to kill myself right here and there at the elevator. anyway guess who is going to relapse really hard rn hahaha

i was moving out and my landlady of my old apartment was helping me and i made a stupid joke about the elevator breaking with the amount of suitcases and bags i had and she laughed and then asked how much did i weigh and i honestly said i didnt know since i dont have scales
