This morning, we've got the shield #bug, or more commonly known as the stink bug! This is specifically the birch shield bug (Elasmostethus interstinctus)!

Today, we've got the Giraffe #Weevil (Trachelophorus giraffa)!! These #bugs are endemic to Madagascar, but share their common name with another Weevil that calls New Zealand home!

Once again, the #bug of the day is a #spider ! This time, we've got the Ladybird velvet spider (Eresus Sandaliatus)! The male (.24-.35 in) has a very distinct red color while the females (.39-.63 in) are entirely black.
