The only viable way to de-incentivize losing is to eliminate the draft. Every other proposal would still be game-able by teams desperate for a top pick, or would have unintended consequences that are more destructive than the current situation.

1. Start one good habit. Doesn't have to be anything grand, just something that you can make yourself do every day. For me, it was 10 pushups a day. Small but made me feel like I regained a bit of control in my life.
