Man, people were not kidding when they say App Store Review is being slower dice iOS 26. Which is understandable.

I come from the era where your app review could take months to weeks but my latest app reviews were apparently done within an hour of submission.

Don't you love it when all you want to do is to prepare your App Store Submission and the thing just keeps giving you errors in the 5xx range?

It has been a loooong time since I shipped something of my own, so I'm happy to announce that my Anime Tracking app for Anilist, Silvianna, will receive a big update on October 28 (provided everything goes well).

macOS Tahoe has critically broken my screenshot flow. 🫠 Taking screenshots and dragging them from its preview from an app is an EXTREMELY common thing for me. It doesn't do this anymore. I looked and I can't figure out how to enable that feature. Anyone have a clue?

iPhone unboxing videos are just so weird to me. But it's amazing how creative YouTubers can be to show us how they take a phone, a cable, and two bits of paperwork out of a box in 19 minutes.

Unfortunately I have to give up on my AlarmKit app. Too many issues that are being hard to debug and the feedback which I thought would help ease this up has been left on read, so I won't have an iOS launch app ready, for yet another year.

I have been playing with @n8n.io, since Wednesday. It's a great tool for automating stuff and very friendly for non programmers, but it feels like a superpower in the hands of programmers.

The sudden inflow of followers here makes me think I should probably try to use this social network more often.

My blood pressure monitor will crush my arm as if it were a shark and then have the gal to complain I have high blood pressure.

One thing kind of embarrasing about me is that I barely use key bindings in any app. Beyond the basic ones like Cmd + F, Cmd + S, etc., I never use key bindings. On any app. Ever. So when users ask me to add some, I don't know where to start in terms of UX.

I’m hoping, praying, that I do not look the way Apple Intelligence sees me. Otherwise my self-esteem is gonna tank hard.

I feel like the last few years have been slow for me when it comes to learning anything and I have some catchup to do. In particular I’m interested in the usage of AI to speed up my app development. What are #iOS devs using for that? Heard good stuff about Claude and Cursor.

I have been wanting to revive my blog but I’d really like to monetize it. Do you you tends to donate to developers and content creators you like? My goal is to someday no longer need my full time job. That means better content for everyone. But until then, I need a small boost.
