the rog situation doesn’t fill me with confidence

at no point do I want to connect a keyboard or use a my right thumb stick (or whatever) to click through windows. Just the thought sounds awful.

i don't want any troubleshooting whatsoever from a console.

the good news is once there's a fixed configuration, developers can optimize their games for that final xbox spec. But I want a dedicated backcompat team working whatever factors Steam and other PC games integration brings to the table.

love the concept, but if that hybrid console feels anything like a computer- I'm out

ngl, even as an original air ride fan, i did not expect this to go as hard as it did

we would sit around that emulator playing secret of mana or Top Gear 2; two kids on one keyboard, through a 13 inch monitor, in a cold basement.

nah, that emulator had a major impact and its snowy background still invokes a bittersweet ache of nostalgia

my not-so-well-off family didn't have a computer and i had to make one using parts from my school dumpster. it was a Pentium 1, 166 Mhz with MMX support. I used to open zsnes with a command line, and it singlehanded got my family exposed to Lufia, Chrono, Top Gear among others.

I have no doubt that if they could deliver Game Pass to Switch and Playstation directly, all xbox consoles would turn to dust
