Here is an idea, just pay teachers the $150 per week per student in their class. You get a professional to teach them, provide them intelligent advice & counselling, and parents can carry on with their day and earn a living.

$150 x 25 kids = 3250 per week x 4 = $15,000 a month.

Problem solved.
