I’ve definitely felt that more recently. Find community & infuse yourself with only our people for a while, without sharing the space with others, (like we often do). Leave the internet & the news. Being in community, feeling safe, especially during these hate filled times is food for the soul. 🙏🏾

That lack of emotional control is present in law enforcement that eventually kill someone. He needs to be removed ASAP. He probably barely received training, but truly when someone lacks emotional regulation it’s hard to instill it. Even the best instructors need someone stable to work with.

There should be no doubt as this funeral is being broadcast who America is … however it doesn’t mean this type of white nationalism can’t be beat back. Instead of white America ignoring the reality of this truth folks who don’t stand for this need to link arms with those who have BEEN telling you!
