Sketches of the stages in Who is Real (feat. Sora as placeholder character)

There's so much in it, I feel like I got new insight every time I flip through it.

There's also rough sketch for some event stages. This is how I find out they sketched out the whole stage first, both visuals and level design. Probably big reason why the stages always look coherent in-game

The book is REALLY heavy, big and thick, it got concept art (+doodles) for every character, skin, and event between Mansfield Break and Stultifera Navis (the event concept isn't much, but there's the occasional beta sketches and musings)

I'm almost finished reading (Ceobe is kicking my ass in DT-8 atm) and I agree with pretty much everything you said! I guess I expected too much bc both DunMeshi and AK go pretty deep with their worldbuilding but this event just doesn't care for that beyond what would set up a good joke
