“Manhattan Murder Mystery” years later from that story line.

I’m very conscientious when I’m walking by myself . I either keep a respectable distance or walk across the street. I tend to be a fast walker and I never want to make any one uncomfortable. As a husband and dad of two young woman. I’m very sensitive to women walking by themselves.

Just watched it for the first time last night in honor of Robert Redford. It was one of my few blind spots I had in his filmography. Really enjoyed it. Definitely a companion piece to “Parallax View”, “Klute”, and “All the President’s Men”.

And he was a great actor. Sometimes overlooked due to his good looks. One of my favorites of his was a film from the early 80’s “Brubaker”.

A lot of chest thumping from Patel and friends.

Great movie. Back in the day when true supporting performances received nominations. Garland and Cliff were amazing in their brief intense scenes. And Shell looked a lot like Daniel Day Lewis.

I saw it opening weekend back in the summer of 75. It was an all day event. Stood in line two hours to buy tickets and then stood in line for another two hours to see the movie. Did the same with “Star Wars” and other blockbuster films. The good ole daze.

He some of the best lines. Saw it recently. Thought it held up well.
